Paper Fiber Strapping
Paper Fiber Strapping (also known as plant fiber strap) is an innovative packaging material made primarily from natural plant fibers and adhesive. Emerging as a green solution, it is designed to replace traditional plastic straps like PP and PET, helping businesses transition toward more sustainable logistics.

Key Advantages
Why should you switch to Paper Fiber Strapping?
-
Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: Made from natural materials, this strapping is fully biodegradable. It is the perfect choice for companies aiming to reduce their carbon footprint and minimize plastic waste.
-
High Durability: Despite being paper-based, the strap is incredibly strong. It resists cracking even when punctured and can secure heavy loads (up to 220kg breaking strength for specific grades), making it reliable for pallets up to 1000kg.
-
** versatile Compatibility:** Designed for ease of use, it works seamlessly with most equipment on the market, including manual tensioners, battery-operated tools, and semi-automatic or fully automatic strapping machines.
-
Temperature Resilience: Maintains performance in varying temperatures, from cold storage (-20°C) to hot environments (60°C).
Storage and Usage Instructions
To ensure the best performance of your Paper Fiber Strapping, please follow these guidelines:
Storage
-
Store the rolls in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
-
Recommended Humidity: Maintain humidity levels between 30% – 60% to preserve the structural integrity of the fibers.
Usage
-
For Automatic/Semi-Auto Machines: The strap can be loaded and used directly like standard PP straps.
-
For Manual Tools: It can be used with manual tensioners. We recommend using metal seals (similar to those used for PP/PET) or composite buckles to secure the joint effectively.
